Thanksgiving Week

Hello dear friends-

The bakery will be baking next week on Wednesday the 22nd. We will have all of our regular bread and pastry, and a couple of special loaves available—as well as our regular morning cafe experience with coffee, egg sandwiches, and fresh squeezed OJ.

We will then be closed on Friday & Saturday so that our staff can take a few days to spend with their loved ones. So no pizza on 11/24 and no bake & brunch on 11/25.

If you would like to preorder bread for the 22nd, go to our online preorder site on Sunday to place orders for pickup on Wednesday. It opens on Sunday at 9AM. You can get there by following this link.

We will have bread and pastry available for walk-in sales on the 22nd—here at the bakery and out at our regular stores—but we do recommend preordering if you can!

We will be making our favorite Apricot Fennel Walnut batard, and Cinnamon Raisin loaf--and these special breads will be available only here at the bakery. You can preorder them online on Sunday here.

If you like to access our products through FarmDrop, orders are currently open there, and close at midnight on Monday, for the Wednesday bake.

And in case you didn’t know… FarmDrop is amazing! Pickup is available in Town Hill, Ellsworth, Stonington, Castine, Blue Hill, and Northport! And if you’re on the Blue Hill Peninsula, you can choose to have your order delivered to your door. FarmDrop offers an amazing mix of vegetables, meats, Quill’s End dairy, goat cheese, apple cider, fruit, and prepared foods all from local producers. It’s an amazing gift for the community! Pickup is on Wednesday each week, at your chosen location.
