Bread and pastry—with coffee and other breakfast items—are available for walk-in purchase at Tinder Hearth Wednesday and Saturday, 9:00AM-12:00PM, and served in our barn.
In the winter we offer an expanded, seasonal brunch menu on Saturdays, in addition to our regular offerings. See the weekly menus here.
Service is cafe style, with no reservations, and choose-your-own seating. Some tables are communal, and during the coldest months temperatures in the barn are variable-it’s warmer near the wood stove, and can be cooler farther away. Layered clothing is encouraged!
Online preorders for bread and pastry are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays via our online store: Tinder Hearth Store. Orders must be placed a few days in advance—please read the details at the store link.
Preorders are pre-paid, and thus allow you to avoid waiting in line at the cafe.

Pizza
For the winter Tinder Hearth hosts pizza in the barn on Friday & Saturday evenings, 4:30-8:00PM.
Reservations are strongly encouraged, and are booked online here. West Brooksville does not offer many (any?) alternative dining establishments and we hate to turn people away if our schedule is tightly packed.
That being said, WALK-INs are often possible during the winter months. We recommend calling us before heading over on a pizza night sans reservation, to check on the likelihood of there being a table for you! We’ll probably say yes!
We make wood-fired pizza with organic flours and local ingredients, with salad, apps, drinks, and dessert. Our menu changes weekly, and can be found here.
Reservations open on Mondays at 9AM each week, for that week. We do not offer reservations further in advance. Please make sure the size of your party is correct before finalizing your reservation.
To order TAKEOUT, please call us. During the winter we are often able to accommodate takeout orders placed during service, like a regular ol pizza joint. You can also call us in advance, to claim your takeout slot, starting on Tuesday morning the week of.
What to bring? Seating is in a barn. We heat the barn with a very large woodstove and electric heaters, so the temperature in the space can vary—some tables are very warm! Some are cooler. We encourage everyone to be good Mainers and wear layers!
What not to bring? No BYOB please, our license does not cover outside alcohol. And NO DOGS, please! We adore all the floofy friends, but unfortunately due to past problems we can only welcome service animals, including in the yard and gardens. Thank you.
